To maintain their original lustre, we recommend removing these earrings before swimming, showering or exercising.

For all orders under $75 a $5 standard shipping fee will apply, or upgrade to express for $8.
Orders over $75 will receive free standard shipping or upgrade to express for $8.
Free express shipping is offered on all orders over $150.
Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your Australia Post Tracking number.
Expect to receive your item in 1 - 5 business days once posted. This is a guideline & we cannot be held accountable for delays due to the delivery service.
INTERNATIONAL
We offer free standard registered shipping via Australia Post International for orders over $120.
For all orders under $120 a $15 standard shipping fee will apply.
Upgrade to express international shipping for $30.
Expect to receive your order within 7 - 14 business days once posted.

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your
Australia Post Tracking number.
When your order reaches the destination country & clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track your order using the tracking number supplied on the website of your local postal service, approximately 3-5 days after your tracking number is supplied as well as via Australia Post Tracking.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international return shipping costs and responsibilities fall to the customer, we recommend returning your order with a tracking number so that you are able to monitor your parcel. Saint Valentine do not take responsibility for any parcels that are lost in transit or damaged on return to us.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Due to the precious nature of items, packages can sometimes require signature on delivery, so when possible list an address where someone accountable will be present to sign.
Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection.
If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection promptly, the parcel may be returned & you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your item/s.
Once your tracking number has been supplied, your item has been dispatched & the shipping address cannot be changed.
30 DAY FREE RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Exchanges or refunds are offered for unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your package.
Earrings cannot be returned due to health & safety regulations.

SAINT VALENTINE obtains the right to deny returns in the following cases:
Return is requested outside of a 30 day period of item's receipt, item is returned without authorisation, item is not received at the nominated address, item is received without all original packaging, item has been worn, item is damaged or unsellable in any way upon receipt.
Should a returned item be rejected for above reasons, you will be contacted via email detailing the reason/s for denial. The original item will be returned with reshipment costs being the responsibility of the customer.
SALE
Sale items or items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for an exchange (where possible) or store credit only. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

MATERIALS
All items are hypoallergenic, nickel & lead free.
Silver items are 925 sterling silver & made for sensitive ears.
Gold items are plated with 1-3 microns of 18k yellow gold, (up to five times thicker than most other plated jewellery to last as long as possible) with a 925 sterling silver, brass or stainless steel base.
CARE GUIDE
Care for your jewellery by storing separately in our packaging in a dry & humidity free environment.
Polish regularly with a microfibre cloth or jewellery polishing cloth to remove tarnish & brighten.
Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, lotions, hand sanitiser, chlorine & salt water.
To ensure your item stays in perfect condition, we recommend removing before sleeping, bathing or swimming.
