Warranty
All purchases of Saint Valentine jewellery items through our online store and retail boutiques come with a 6 month warranty.
The warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials.
Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault or defect. Saint Valentine Jewellery pieces are delicate and should be handled with care as detailed on the website product page and on the product care card enclosed with each item.
Our warranty does not cover:
- The loss of jewellery
- Chain breakages or stretched chains
- Dents, scratches or marks (unless noted when received)
- Discolouration, tarnishing or fading of plating
- Improper storage of your piece
- Misuse or accidental damage
Any resizing, repairs, or alterations performed by an external jeweller on our pieces will void the warranty.
Our warranty covers the replacement of the product if any stones embedded in the piece become dislodged, for the life of the piece. In the instance where the piece has become discontinued and cannot be replaced, store credit will be issued. Please note, this excludes the loss of whole charms.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Our customer care team will then be in contact with next steps and may require you to return your piece for assessment. If the item is then assessed and deemed faulty by our studio team and found to be repairable, it will be expertly restored and returned. If repair is not possible, the piece will be replaced. Only if a replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
If the item is not deemed faulty, it will be returned with postage costs to be covered by the customer.
Any repairs requested after the 6 month warranty period may require a repair fee, and return postage costs to the customer.
