Shipping outside of Australia is free over $150 via Australia Post Registered International.

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your tracking number.

When your order reaches the destination country & clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track your order using the tracking number supplied on the website of your local postal service, approximately 3-5 days after your tracking number is supplied as well as via  Australia Post Tracking.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
 
Due to the precious nature of items, packages can sometimes require signature on delivery, so where possible list an address where someone accountable will be present to sign.
 
Should you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection.
 
If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection promptly, the parcel may be returned & you will be required to pay shipping costs again to resend.
 
Once your tracking number has been supplied, your item has been dispatched & the shipping address cannot be changed.

RETURNS
 
Refunds are only accepted in the unlikely case of a faulty item. Please see details on our T & C's page
 
Earrings cannot be returned under any circumstances due to health & safety regulations.  
There is no exchange on sale items.
  
Exchanges are offered for unused items in original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your package.
Please take special care opening, trying on your purchase & repacking for return.

EXCHANGES
 
Exchanges will be sent within 2 business days of receipt of the returned item once return postage has been paid if the item is in stock, or designated amount of time on the product's page if not in stock.
SAINT VALENTINE cannot take responsibility for returned items that may be lost or damaged during return shipping. Please reply to the email trail regarding your exchange with your tracking number once you have posted.
Postage costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers within Australia may send a pre-paid self addressed trackable satchel with their returned item or will be invoiced an additional $10 AUD for shipping of your new item via Paypal.
International customers will be invoiced an additional $20 AUD for shipping of your new item via Paypal.

SAINT VALENTINE obtains the right to deny exchanges in the following cases:
 
Exchange is requested outside of a 7 day period of item's receipt, exchange item is not return posted within 48 hours of the Returns Authorisation form being provided via email, exchange item is returned without authorisation, exchange item is not received at the nominated address, exchange item is received without all original packaging, exchange item is damaged or unsellable in any way upon receipt.
 
Should an exchange be rejected for above reasons, you will be contacted via email detailing the breach of your exchange. The original item will not be returned without payment of return postage mentioned above.
