On Celebrating Love

In celebration of engraving on our Heart Connection Signet Ring, Karina reflects on her favourite memories with her partner, her love language and how she practices self love.

How did you meet your partner & what are some of your favourite memories together?

We met in our hometown, the Northern Beaches, through friends. We've travelled to a few special places together. Exploring remote islands and watching the sun set or rise over a foreign sea has always been special to us.

How do you practice self love?


Every morning I practice breath work and meditation in the bathhouse along with lymph activation and body brushing. In the evening I find self love through cooking a beautiful organic meal for myself and my husband that nourishes our bodies. The day ends with face cupping and gua sha before bed.

How would you describe your love language?

Touch and acts of service. I love expressing and receiving love through thoughtful actions and genuine care. It’s all about creating moments that feel intentional and meaningful.

Tell us about some of your favourite Saint Valentine pieces and why?


I love the mini heart necklace in gold. It's so dainty and flattering, a tiny touch of gold shining on the collarbone. I also love that it's inspired by the E.E. Cummings poem 'I carry your heart with me' - it’s a reminder that those who have touched my soul can live in my heart forever.
