Wear and Care
We recommend removing all jewellery before swimming, showering or bathing, especially in salt water. Even though our plating is made to be very thick and durable, this will ensure that your plating lasts for as long as possible with minimal to no tarnishing.
We recommend regular polishing of your pieces using a dry microfibre polishing cloth or one of our specialised jewellery polishing cloths and storing in original packaging in a cool dry place.
We recommend removing all jewellery before exercising as sweat can impact and damage the plating of your pieces, even though our plating is made to be very thick and durable.
As some pieces are fine and delicate in design, we recommend removing before vigorous activity to avoid damage such as chain breakage.
We recommend regularly polishing your pieces using a dry microfibre polishing cloth or one of our specialised jewellery polishing cloths and storing in original packaging in a cool dry place.
Always store your jewellery in a cool dry place away from any heat, humidity or moisture. We also recommend storing pieces separately when transporting or traveling to avoid tangling or scratching, such as in original packaging.

Yes, depending on the type of breakage and wear of the jewellery, we can often repair items within the warranty period. In the case that an item is faulty we may be in the position to provide a replacement. Please note however, repairs and replacements outside of the warranty period may incur a fee.

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. For the most detailed and up to date information we recommend tracking your parcel directly through the Australia Post website by entering your tracking number here.
If you are located internationally, you may be able to track your parcel using the same tracking number on the website of your local postage service (eg. USPS orders shipped to the United States).
Please check the tracking provided via email. You can then email us to investigate or open an investigation yourself with Australia Post.
We kindly advise that after the item departs from our warehouse, Australia Post becomes the sole provider of any updates regarding the item's location.
Yes we do! To add gift wrapping to your order, simply add it to your cart upon checkout. Please purchase gift wrapping for each product you would like gift wrapped.
You will then receive your order in a signature Saint Valentine gift box with ribbon, a card with your specified gift message if supplied and wrapped in our branded tissue paper.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 2-4 hours. However, please allow up to 2 business days during promotional periods.
Yes, please wait for a notification to confirm your order is ready for collection before coming to pick up from the boutique. This is not the order confirmation, you will receive another ‘Ready for Collection’ notification after this. Please provide this email to store staff upon collection to locate your order.
If you would like someone else to collect your order for you, you will need to send them a copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email. Saint Valentine Jewellery can take no responsibility for orders fraudulently collected where the ‘Ready for Collection’ email was presented.

Yes, we can offer exchange, 110% store credit or a refund on unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your package.
