What always draws you back to Paris?
I’m very lucky to have visited Paris a few times, often solo. There’s something so effortless about the city — it’s easy to get lost in, in the best way. It just has this way of slowing you down.
What are some Parisian hidden gems or lesser-known spots you've discovered during your travels?
There’s a restaurant inside the Marché des Enfants Rouges — you can sit there with a glass of wine, a cheese board, and people-watch for hours. Kiji is a cute matcha spot. During the colder months, I love going to this cinema in Saint Germaine called La Filmothèque du Quartier Latin. It’s a tiny cinema that plays lots of different old movies! During summer Canal Saint-Martin is probably my favourite spot to hang out.
How do you plan your accessories and outfits when travelling?
Honestly I basically pull everything I love from my closet that feels kind of right for the trip and throw it in my suitcase. I like having a lot of options and then deciding what to wear once I’m feeling more inspired from my surroundings.
What advice would you give to someone visiting Paris for the first time?
Let yourself enjoy the leisure of it all. Paris is for wandering, eating, lying in parks, drinking wine, people-watching and more eating. My advice would be to do less planning, more enjoying.
How do you unwind and enjoy the romantic atmosphere of Paris after a busy day of sightseeing?
I'd find a terrace, order a few snacks, pour a glass of wine, and just sit. I honestly could do that for hours, especially with a good friend or a good book.
Your favourite dining spot or café in Paris?
I had one of my favourite meals recently at Panorama in the 11th. Of course, Bistro Paul Bert is a classic - the steak is amazing.
