All purchases of Saint Valentine jewellery items through our online store and retail boutiques come with a 3 month warranty.
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials.We offer a repair or replacement once the item has been assessed and deemed faulty by our studio team. Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault or defect. Saint Valentine Jewellery pieces are delicate and should be handled with care as detailed on the website product page and on the product care card enclosed with each item.Our warranty does not cover the loss of jewellery, chain breakage, and general wear and tear including scratches, marks, tarnishing and fading.
Our warranty covers the replacement of the product if any stones embedded in the piece become dislodged, for the life of the product.Discontinued pieces may be refunded as store credit. Please note, this excludes the loss of whole charms.
Any repairs requested after the 3 month warranty period may require a repair fee, and return postage costs to the customer.Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
