Over time, sometimes an earring post can become slightly misaligned. This can be easily fixed by hand.

When you open the earring, the post is the long pin that secures the piece through your ear. Very carefully use your finger to move the end of the post up. Use only small movements, slowly moving the post closer to where it intersects with the clasp and test the click by closing the earring after each adjustment until it is correctly clicking securely and ready to be worn again.

Please be cautious not to over-adjust the earring posts. Excessive manipulation could weaken the jewellery and cause it to break. If you are struggling to realign your earring post yourself, please email our Customer Care and we can organise for your piece to be adjusted in our Sydney Studio.

All our jewellery is nickel and lead free, hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin if you are not allergic to the product’s listed materials.

We recommend removing all jewellery before swimming, showering or bathing, especially in salt water. Even though our plating is made to be very thick and durable, this will ensure that your plating lasts for as long as possible with minimal to no tarnishing. 

We recommend regular polishing of your pieces using a dry microfibre polishing cloth or one of our specialised jewellery polishing cloths and storing in original packaging in a cool dry place.
