Product

Our collection features jewellery crafted in 18k gold vermeil, 18k gold plated sterling silver, 925 sterling silver, plated brass, and plated stainless steel.

Many pieces are beautifully accented with white topaz, cubic zirconia, freshwater pearls and other semi-precious stones, combining quality materials with timeless design.

To maintain the beauty and lustre of your piece, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, bathing or exercising. Prolonged exposure to water and moisture can compromise the gold plating and cause tarnishing. We recommend that you gently polish your jewellery with a polishing cloth, and store in a cool, dry place when not in use. While a beautiful option for gifting, our gift boxes are not designed for long term storage.

While gold vermeil and gold-plated jewellery offers the look of solid gold at a more accessible price point, it may naturally show signs of wear over time and extended wear, particularly on rings and high-contact pieces. Exposure to water, chemicals, friction, and daily wear can cause plating to fade, revealing the sterling silver or base metal beneath. We recommend to rotate your pieces, minimise excessive wear on any single piece, and when not in use ensure your jewellery is stored in a cool, dry place.

Caring for pearls

Freshwater pearls are delicate by nature and should be handled with care to maintain their beauty and lustre. We recommend minimising contact with creams, oils and cosmetics, as these can affect their radiance over time. Avoid exposure to water, which may dull their natural lustre, and remove pearl pieces before exercising, as they can be sensitive to body acids. Store pearls carefully in a cool, dry place, separate from other jewellery to prevent scratches. To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth.

Caring for chains

While chains are crafted for everyday wear, delicate handling helps preserve their beauty and strength. We recommend removing your chain before sleeping as they can tangle and stretch, and take care to avoid snags on clothing, as even gentle tension can affect the links. Handle carefully and store safely with their clasps closed to avoid tangling.

Prolonged exposure to water can cause tarnishing of gold vermeil and plated jewellery. We recommend avoiding swimming or bathing in your jewellery to extend the lustre of your piece and storing your pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Stainless steel jewellery is naturally water-resistant and can be worn in water without concern.

Please follow our care guide to maintain the quality and longevity of your jewellery.

All of our silver and silver-based jewellery is naturally nickel free and hypoallergenic, suitable for sensitive skin and everyday wear. 

Our brass-based jewellery is nickel free, with nickel being the most common cause of irritation in jewellery. However as an alloy of various metals, brass may not be suitable for those with heightened sensitivities.

If you have particular sensitivities, we recommend checking the material tab for your chosen piece to ensure that it's suitable for you.

We offer engraving and charm add ons for selected styles.

Engraving is currently available on our Heart Connection and Love Letter styles.

We also offer personalisation with the option to add up to two charms on most bracelets and necklaces, including birthstones, letters and additional options.

These bespoke pieces are handcrafted to order, and therefore once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Sizing

To assist with finding the perfect ring size, you can view and download our complete ring size guide here. We also offer a free reusable ring sizer which allows you to easily find your perfect fitting ring.

If you would like to make your chain styles longer we would suggest purchasing our Chain Extender which allows you to increase the length of your Necklaces or Bracelets by 5cm.

Wear and Care

Yes, depending on the type of breakage and wear of the jewellery, we can often repair for items within the warranty period. In the case that an item is faulty we may be in the position to provide a replacement. Please note however, repairs and replacements outside of the warranty period may incur a fee.

Yes, due to the naturally soft nature of precious metals, jewellery - particularly high-contact pieces such as rings - will develop subtle surface scratches over time with regular wear. This is a normal characteristic of the material and is not considered a fault. To maintain the beauty and longevity of your piece, we recommend following our jewellery care guide.

Always store your jewellery in a cool dry place away from any heat, humidity or moisture. We also recommend storing pieces separately when transporting or traveling to avoid tangling or scratching.

While a beautiful option for gifting, our gift boxes are not designed for long term storage.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping in Australia on orders over $130 AUD.

For domestic orders under $130 a $8 flat rate shipping fee applies.

FREE Express shipping on orders over $200 AUD within Australia. 

For orders under $200, express shipping is a $10 flat rate.

The cost of international shipping varies depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping page for more information on international shipping rates

Yes, we ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.

It depends where you are located. Most orders are shipped the same or next business day & will take 1-5 business days within Australia.

International orders will take 5-20 days depending on your location and the delivery service.

Yes, you can pick up your order from our flagship Manly Boutique.

Select 'Click & Collect' under shipping options at checkout and select the store you wish to collect from.

Please wait for a confirmation email from the store to let you know your order is packed and ready for collection.

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. For the most detailed and up to date information we recommend tracking your parcel directly through the Australia Post website by entering your tracking number here.

If you are located internationally, you may be able to track your parcel using the same tracking number on the website of your local postage service (eg. USPS orders shipped to the United States).

Please check the tracking provided via email. You can then email us to investigate or open an investigation yourself with Australia Post.

We kindly advise that after the item departs from our warehouse, Australia Post becomes the sole provider of any updates regarding the item's location.

Gift Wrapping

Yes we do! You can add gift wrapping to your order directly on the product page or by using the '+ Gift Wrapping' button on the cart page. 

Please purchase gift wrapping for each product you would like gift wrapped. 

Your order will then arrive beautifully presented in a Saint Valentine Box, signature Gift Sleeve, Greeting Card with your handwritten note and Wrapping Paper, all in your choice of our seasonal designs.

Click & Collect

Orders are usually ready for collection within 2-4 hours. However, please allow up to 2 business days during promotional periods.

Yes, please wait for a notification to confirm your order is ready for collection before coming to pick up from the boutique. This is not the order confirmation, you will receive another ‘Ready for Collection’ notification after this. Please provide this email to store staff upon collection to locate your order.

If you would like someone else to collect your order for you, you will need to send them a copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email. Saint Valentine Jewellery can take no responsibility for orders fraudulently collected where the ‘Ready for Collection’ email was presented.

Click and Collect is available from our flagship Manly boutique.

Unfortunately, the destination cannot be changed once the order has been placed. If you have selected the incorrect boutique, please email hello@saintvalentinejewellery.com to cancel your order.

Returns

Yes, we can offer exchange, 110% store credit or a refund on unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your package.

Earrings cannot be returned due to health & safety regulations. 
Bespoke pieces, such as engraved pieces and charms, cannot be refunded or exchanged. Perfume and hair accessories also cannot be returned.

Sale items or items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for an exchange (where possible) or store credit only. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

Yes - if the item is unworn and not earrings or perfume, and you have the name and email or the order number, then we can process an exchange or store credit. Please email us at hello@saintvalentinejewellery.com to initiate the return.

Saint Valentine offers free returns on all orders within Australia and New Zealand within 30 days of receipt. Please see further details regarding eligibility of returns here. 

International return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend returning your order with a tracking number so that you are able to monitor your parcel's shipping as we cannot be accountable for returns that are not received.

Loyalty Program

To join the loyalty program, you must register for a Saint Valentine account. To create an account, select the Account option in the top right section of the website and register your details. Please ensure you are signed in to earn points for every purchase.

You can earn points by creating a SV VIP account, making purchases, signing up to the newsletter, following us on socials, referring a friend and leaving a review for products purchased.

As a silver tier customer, you will earn 1 point per $1 spent. As the account status changes, this will increase to 2 points per $1 spent as a gold tier customer, and 3 points per $1 spent as a VIP tier customer.

Once you reach a redeemable number of points, a voucher will be available when you are logged in to your account on the loyalty page with a code to apply at checkout. The minimum point value to reach the spend threshold is 500 points. For all voucher options, minimum spends applied. Loyalty vouchers expire 12 months from redemption.

Acquired loyalty points will expired 12 months from your last activity or purchase in store or online. You will be notified 14 days prior to your points expiring for your chance to redeem or re-activate.
