In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, your item will be replaced or refunded if replacement is not possible. Please email within 2 days of receiving your item with your order number, a clear image & description of the fault.

The item must be returned in original condition with all packaging & unworn.

If any of above terms relating to return of faulty item are not adhered, we reserve the right to deny replacement or exchange.

SAINT VALENTINE is not at fault if items appear differently on your screen, depending on resolution, scale, colour etc.

All online orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Saint Valentine Jewellery. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of your online order. Saint Valentine Jewellery may reject your online order for any reason and refund any payment made by you, at any time prior to dispatch.

By completing an online order, you are agreeing to purchase the product at the price listed on our website and payment must be made at the time of submitting an online order.



Store credits are applied to the account registered or email address that was used to place your order. Store credits cannot be transferred to another account. Our store credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue and any remaining balance that remains after the 3 years will not be available for use.

Store credits cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash and does not accrue interest. If an order made using a store credit is cancelled or returned, the balance from the store credit will be restored back to a store credit.  



Saint Valentine throughout the year runs promotions and special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. Occasionally these discounts can automatically be applied without using a code at checkout. This will be specified.

If you are required to enter a promotional code, you must enter the code at checkout in the gift/ discount code section. Once you hit the ‘apply’ button, the value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. 

If for any reason, the promotional code has not been applied to your order, you may reach out to our customer service team at, straight after you have placed your order and they will be able to assist you. Please note, it is up to Saint Valentine’s discretion to refund you the discounted amount. 

Only one promotional code may be used per transaction and used only once per customer, unless otherwise specified.



Valentine's Day Promotion 

 Free gift with purchase promotion commences 2nd February 2023 and concludes 14th February midnight AEST 2023. This offer is only valid for purchases over $130. For online purchases, the free gift with purchase is the Sphinx necklace 2mm in gold, valid at $75 and this is only valid online. 

For in-store purchases, the free gift with purchase is the Riviera necklace in gold, valid at $75. This promotion is for a limited time only and only while stocks last. 



Click and Collect is available from the Manly and Bondi stores. You can select pick up option at checkout. Click and Collect is a free service and there is no minimum order value to receive this service.


Most products online will be available to click and collect. To see if the product is available at a certain store, you can find the store product availability under Boutique Availability on each product page. This will tell you if a product is currently in-stock at that location.   


Orders are usually ready for collection within 4 hours - 2 business days depending on stock availability. Please wait for a notification confirming your order is ready to collect before coming into store. This is not the order confirmation, you will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ notification after this.  


Click & Collect orders will be held at your selected store for 30 days. After this time our customer service team will be in touch to organise delivery or a refund. There will also be a $10 cancellation fee for any click and collect orders that are refunded. 


When your click and collect order is ready you will receive an email and/or SMS.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check your ‘junk’ folder. If you still have not received a notification, please contact our customer service team at


If you would like someone else to collect your order for you, you will need to send them a copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email. Saint Valentine Jewellery can take no responsibility for orders fraudulently collected where the ‘Ready for Collection’ email was presented.


Sometimes, some of the styles in your Click & Collect order may be out of stock at your selected store. A member of our customer service team will look for more stock and may be in contact to discuss your options. Depending on your preferences, we’ll either: Deliver the missing item/s to your address at no additional cost, if we can locate them; or refund the item/s ordered.

Credit card details are processed via secure encryption & are not stored.

To qualify for points you must register for a Saint Valentine account. To create an account select the Account option in the top right section of the website.  

Purchases made using guest checkout will not add points to your account, please ensure you are signed in to earn your points for every purchase. Saint Valentine cannot add on points post purchase.  

Points are pending and are approved 30 days after purchase. Any points accrued from purchases that are later returned will be automatically removed from your account.  

Only one loyalty voucher can be used per order. 

 Points are redeemable online at or our Bondi and Manly stores, (please ensure you provide your email address to the sales representative to ensure points are accrued during the transaction).  

Each point is equal to AU$‌1 and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Once you reach a redeemable number of points, a voucher will be available once logged in to your account on the loyalty page with a code to apply at checkout. The minimum point value to reach the spend threshold is 500 points.  

For any voucher options there are minimum spends applied. For a $5 voucher the minimum spend is $50. For $10 voucher the minimum spend is $50 and for a $15 voucher, the minimum spend is $75. The voucher code will not work if the minimum spend hasn't been reached. 

Purchases of gift cards, and purchases made using gift cards do not qualify for points. 

Delivery charges are not included when calculating your earned points. 

When redeeming points, the delivery fee will not be included in the discount given. 

Points are valid for 12 months, if you have not spent your accrued points in a 12 month period, your point balance will reset to 0.

 You cannot collect multiple points for performing the same action, such as, following us on Instagram. 

Saint Valentine may transfer, cancel, withdraw or alter points at any time, including these terms on any loyalty account, without notice.

 Saint Valentine launched our loyalty program in September 2022 and allocated every account who had placed an order in the previous 12 months at point of launch to their specific tier level. 

By signing up to the SV VIP loyalty program, you agree to receive emails relating specifically to the program. These emails are designed to include content relating to your rewards, your points balance and news relating to the points program. You can unsubscribe at any time by visiting the Account section of the website and updating your preferences.
